Hey Reader,

“A goal without a plan is just a wish.”

I’ve always loved that quote by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry because, well… it’s painfully true.

A few years ago, I had this ambitious goal to grow my business. I mean, I was fired up at the start of the year, but by mid-March?

My “plan” (or lack of one) had completely fallen apart. Life got busy, distractions crept in, and before I knew it, I was spinning my wheels without making real progress.

Sound familiar?

Here’s what I learned the hard way: slipping from your goals doesn’t mean you’ve failed—it’s simply a sign to recalibrate. Watch THIS if you can relate.

I learned that breaking goals into smaller, more actionable steps, everything can shift.

Here are some more tips:

If you’re feeling like you’ve already lost steam or you’re not sure how to get back on track, don’t worry. It happens to the best of us.

You can always reset, refocus, and finish strong.

What I'm Loving this Month

💪 Fitness Tracker: The Fitbit Inspire 3 Health & Fitness Tracker is officially my new accountability buddy. From tracking my steps and sleep to monitoring my heart rate, this little gadget is like having a personal health coach on my wrist. Bonus: it’s lightweight and actually stylish, so I never feel like I’m wearing a clunky device.

🎧 Headphones: Say hello to music that moves you. The JBL Tune 720BT Wireless Over-Ear Headphones deliver insane bass and crystal-clear sound, all while being comfy enough to wear for hours. Perfect for work, workouts, or tuning out the world while you chill.

📚 Book: Joyce Meyer’s Do It Afraid is my new favorite read! It’s all about pushing past fear and stepping into courage, no matter what life throws your way. When I was reading it, I felt like I had a cheerleader in my corner constantly reminding me that fear doesn’t have to call the shots.

how to step out of your comfort zone at work

Hello Reader, Here’s something I learned the hard way... Leadership isn’t just about being good at your job. It’s about being seen as someone who can handle more. There was a time in my career where I was doing everything right. I was dependable. Organized. Got things done. I thought that was enough. But I stayed stuck in the same role for years. 😞 Why? Because I wasn’t showing up as a leader—I was just performing the tasks in front of me. No one was going to pull me aside and say, “You’re...

How to be indispensable in the workplace

Hello Reader, Ever wondered why some people get tapped for leadership roles while others—just as capable—get passed over?I know you know what I mean....The truth is, being great at your job isn’t always enough. You can do everything right and still get passed over if no one sees your leadership potential. Because in today’s workplace, if you don’t know how to lead out loud—you’ll quietly stay stuck. It’s not always about seniority. Or technical skills. Or even experience. Most of the time?...

How to get promoted at work

Hello Reader, Is this you? If you're employed at an organization, or you're working with a client, you may feel that you’ve outgrown your role. The work suddenly feels too small for the skills you’ve developed. You’ve taken on more. Stepped up. Solved problems no one asked you to. But the recognition? The promotion? The title? The salary increase? Still out of reach. Here’s what no one tells you: You can’t just wait to be noticed. You have to start showing up as a leader before anyone gives...
